About Us

Over 20 years of masonry experience

At the age of 15, Ron Padula started working for Tom Town in Sea Isle City who was a graduate of Notre Dame and an Army vet. Ron ended up following in his footsteps enlisting in the Marines and then attending Widener University where he earned a Bachelor’s and Masters degree all the while doing masonry which he had developed a passion for. Ronn started his own masonry business, Padula Masonry, in 1998 when Tom passed away unexpectedly.  In the last 20 plus years Ron Padula has completed thousands of masonry projects large and small from Cape May to Long Beach Island. Masonry continues to be Ron’s passion and the sense of accomplishment upon the completion of a project is as gratifying today as it was 20 years ago. Our motto at Padula Masonry has always been “We work for you”.

Padula Masonry specializes in all aspects of masonry including foundations, block concrete, brick/stone, stucco, pavers and more. You name it, if it has cement, we do it!

Our Team

Head foreman

Shaun has been in the masonry field for 24 years  having started with Padula Masonry early on as a laborer. At the age of 22 he worked his way up to concrete finisher and block-layer. Shaun left us for about 3 years as he decided to join the union where he learned some very valuable skills,  which he brought to Padula Masonry. As the head foreman Shaun  oversees the daily operations of all aspects of our business.

After serving 5 years in the United States Coast Guard, Laura returned home to New Jersey to work in the service industry. She completed her Bachelors degree in Public Health and worked for a large healthcare company specializing in customer service before entering the construction industry and working for Padula Masonry as the office manager and personal assistant to Ron Padula.
